Arty Y — Returns & Refunds Policy

Art deserves care, clarity, and respect. So do you.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you wish to make a change shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.For most artworks, you may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of ordering.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Because many Arty Y artworks are made to order, all cancellation or change requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, your piece may have entered production, printing, framing, or studio handling and can no longer be altered.

My artwork arrived and it’s not what I expected. What can I do?

If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

You will have 14 days from delivery to notify us. Where appropriate, we will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

What is your returns policy?

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The artwork must be in perfect, unused condition

  2. Must include original packaging

  3. Must include the Certificate of Authenticity and all accompanying materials

Once we receive the artwork safely, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund amount

You will be refunded for:

  1. the price of the artwork

  2. minus a small handling fee

(handling fee varies based on artwork size, weight and location)

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the artwork arrived damaged or incorrect.

International duties or taxes

Import duties or taxes charged by your local customs are non-refundable.

In some countries, you may apply for tax reclaim directly through your customs office.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be cancelled or returned:

  1. Custom-sized or bespoke commissions

  2. Made-to-order prints that have entered production

  3. Original artworks(unique pieces)

  4. Items missing the Certificate of Authenticity

  5. Discounted or final-sale items

Am I eligible for a replacement or a return?

Yes, if:

  1. the artwork arrived damaged

  2. the wrong item was shipped

  3. there is a major defect not disclosed before purchase

All replacements depend on availability of stock or edition size.
