Feast Series (Feast 1-2) is a representative work by contemporary artist Zhang Changjiang (CJzhang), continuing his iconic “micro-narrative” visual language. The painting constructs a surreal city of carnival through dense lines, vibrant color blocks, and fragmented symbols: mechanical structures, architectural fragments, golden starbursts, and cartoonish details are interwoven in layers. Amid the collision of chaos and order, it conveys the sense of a visual feast under the information overload of the digital age.
