Please note:
• All submissions are reviewed thoughtfully, but selection is not guaranteed
• Curatorial decisions are final and based on alignment, context, and artistic direction
• Submission does not imply representation, exhibition, or sale unless explicitly agreed in writing
We reserve the right to decline, remove, or archive submissions at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
• Artists retain full copyright of their submitted works
• By submitting content, you grant Arty Y a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted works for editorial, promotional, and curatorial purposes related to the platform
• No artwork will be sold, licensed, or reproduced commercially without the artist’s explicit consent
5. Use of Website Content
All text, images, and materials on Arty Y (excluding artist works) are owned by or licensed to Arty Y and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
6. Art Sales & Transactions (If Applicable)
If Arty Y facilitates or introduces artwork sales:
• Specific terms will be communicated separately
• Arty Y does not guarantee sales, pricing, or buyer interest
• Any transaction details are subject to individual agreement
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Submit false or misleading information
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Use the platform in a way that harms artists, users, or Arty Y
8. Disclaimer
Arty Y provides content and services “as is.”
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, selection outcomes, or commercial results.
9. Limitation of Liability
